PERSONNEL
Macro owners are all working full-time in engineering and marketing. They are directly involved in the various aspects of client development and servicing. Their hands-on management deserve efficiency and speed of transactions and contribute to long term customer satisfaction.
The owners are complemented by a full-time staff of fifty employees which includes sales engineers, service engineers and technicians, an efficient secretarial pool, finance and administrative personnel, plant supervisors and workers, warehouse keepers, and delivery personnel. The employee’s are a dynamic, highly-motivated group whose efficiency is reflected in their output.
FACILITIES
Macro’s main office is located at Bicutan, Parañaque City area where management, administration, accounting and sales personnel hold office. This ensures an immediate response to customer’s requirements and quick access to international banking facilities. It also places Macro in touch with the latest information and technology.
At the same time, the service staff office and shop located near its main office services pumps, boilers and other rotating equipment, at the same time serves as warehouse for pumps, boilers, valves, packing, chemicals and spare parts. Another fabrication shop located in Silang, Cavite City is dedicated to the re-engineering and fabrication of rotating equipment parts, be it in cast iron, bronze, stainless steel or other special materials. To complete the facilities, Macro has tied up with Alps Maintaineering Services, Inc. in San Pedro, Laguna for a Samatec Automatic Rewinding Machine to service low and medium voltage electrical motors. These complete the Macro infrastructure, which enables it to serve a wide range of customer requirements and sustain the satisfaction.
